Guess Who’s Back? #cheinspires

Happy-New-Year-2018Happy New Year!!!


Actually, I never left…..I’m still going strong over here!! Today is day 5 of 2018 and I am committed to updating you all once per week on whats going on with CheInspires! Let me catch you up, the last time I updated the blog. I was on a journey to reach 199 pounds, I am currently 168 pounds! That is a total weight loss of 160 pounds from my highest weight.



During this past year, I have been even more focused on self-discovery and feeding into others on this same journey. How are you doing on your journey? Are you still committed or are you starting over for 2018? Let’s get back to it!

Some of the things that continue to work for me:

  • Meal Prepping and Planning
  • One Gallon of Water per day
  • More Protein than Carbohydrates
  • Working out at least 3 days per week
  • More Strength Training than Cardio
  • SELF CARE!! Very important!

I look forward to updating you all next week with some of the great things that are happening for me on this journey of life. GLAD YOU STUCK AROUND, LETS MAKE 2018 THE BEST YEAR YET!
